• 本於香港Monetary Authority核准的terms of reference，擔任數起我國銀行總行及香港分行反洗錢及反資恐institutional risk assessment(“IRA”)專案顧問。
• 擔任數起我國金融機構國外據點與境外investment advisers合資經營私募基金發行公司，暨於Cayman及BVI等地，包裝、發行私募型商品所涉交易規劃安排的顧問律師。
• 擔任數起陸資銀行台北分行在台發行寶島債法律顧問；擔任數起外國銀行所發行結構型商品在台銷售法律顧問;擔任數起國內證券公司發行股權連結型商品專案法律顧問。
• 擔任數起我國銀行香港及澳門分行於香港建立存款證計畫(certificates-of-deposit programs)及發行存款證的專案法律顧問。
• 就我國某集團境外合資公司繫屬於Grand Cayman Court的經營權爭議訴訟，擔任專家證人，提具台灣法專家意見於該法院。

• Lead attorney advising on limited partnership, co-management and other contractual arrangements with respect to a Korean venture capital fund co-sponsored by a Taiwan financial institution and a North Asia sovereign fund.
• Lead attorney advising on investment management, investment advisory, custodian, administrative and other contractual arrangements with respect to a hedge fund sponsored by a Hong Kong asset management company.
• Lead attorney advising on deal structures, contractual arrangements and fund documentation of various private funds in Cayman, BVI and other instrument jurisdictions (together with local counsel).
• Lead attorney advising on structuring OBU or OSU placements for multiple offshore venture capital and other types of private equity funds.
• Lead attorney advising certain major PRC banks on issuing Formosa bond and Taiwanese banks on (through Hong Kong and Macau branches) establishing and issuing Hong Kong certificates of deposit (“CD”) programs and relevant series.
